BUYER:

The individual who places an order via the website www.kito.pet and whose details are provided in the membership or order form.

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered electronically by the BUYER through the website www.kito.pet.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms related to the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the BUYER through the SELLER’s website, including the product’s characteristics and sales price specified at the time of order, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICE

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, number, sales price, payment method, and delivery details of the products are as specified during the order process and approved by the BUYER.

All stated prices include VAT. Shipping costs are specified separately during the order process.

4. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

4.1. Payment is made via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods specified on the Site.

4.2. The product shall be delivered to the address provided by the BUYER within a maximum of 30 days following order confirmation.

4.3. The SELLER shall not be held responsible if the BUYER is not present at the delivery address at the time of delivery.

4.4. In the event of unlawful use of a credit card, if the bank or payment institution does not process the payment, the SELLER’s obligation to deliver the product shall be void.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery to themselves or to the person at the designated address, without providing any reason.

5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified in writing (via email or registered mail) within this period.

5.3. Products returned under the right of withdrawal must:

• Be unused

• Have their original packaging intact

• Be in resalable condition

5.4. Refunds for products returned under the right of withdrawal shall be made within a maximum of 14 days after the product reaches the SELLER.

5.5. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

• Perishable goods or items with an expiration date

• Opened pet food and hygiene products

• Products that are not suitable for return by nature

• Products prepared in line with the consumer’s specific requests

6. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If the delivered product is defective, the BUYER may exercise one of the following rights under Law No. 6502:

• Request a refund

• Request a replacement

• Request free repair

• Request a price reduction

7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The BUYER’s personal data is processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 (KVKK) for the following purposes:

• Execution of order processes

• Management of delivery processes

• Completion of payment transactions

• Fulfillment of legal obligations

• Provision of customer support services

Personal data may be shared with cargo companies, payment institutions, banks, and authorized public authorities in compliance with applicable legislation.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

The parties shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill their obligations in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or transportation disruptions beyond their control.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER’s place of residence are authorized, within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade.

10. EFFECTIVENESS

The BUYER declares, accepts, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and electronically approved the provisions of this Agreement.

This Agreement enters into force upon completion of the order.
