Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. PARTIES

These Cancellation and Refund Terms apply between:

(“Company”)

and the consumer (“Buyer”) who makes a purchase through the website www.kito.pet.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION

2.1. The Buyer may cancel the order before it is shipped.

2.2. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@kito.pet or by contacting customer service.

2.3. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; the return process must be initiated under the right of withdrawal.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

3.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.

3.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Company must be notified in writing within this period.

3.3. Products returned under the right of withdrawal must:

• Be unused

• Retain their resalable condition

• Have their original packaging intact

• Be returned with all accessories and the invoice

3.4. Following receipt of the withdrawal notice, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after the product reaches the Company.

4. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

• Perishable goods or items with an expiration date

• Opened pet food, supplements, and hygiene products

• Products that are not suitable for return by nature

• Products prepared in line with the consumer’s specific requests

• Products whose packaging has been opened and are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons

5. RETURN PROCEDURE

5.1. The product to be returned must be sent to the Company within a maximum of 10 days following the withdrawal notification.

5.3. For returns made under the right of withdrawal, if the contracted shipping company is used, the return shipping cost will be covered by the Company. If a different courier is preferred, the shipping cost will be borne by the Buyer.

6. REFUND PROCESS

6.1. After the returned product reaches the Company and necessary checks are completed, the product price will be refunded to the Buyer within a maximum of 14 days.

6.2. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

6.3. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment institutions.

7. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If the delivered product is defective, the Buyer may exercise one of the following rights under Law No. 6502:

• Request a refund

• Request a replacement

• Request free repair

• Request a price reduction

For defective product claims, the Company should be contacted within a reasonable time from the date of delivery.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In disputes arising from these Cancellation and Refund Terms, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer’s place of residence are authorized, within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade.

9. EFFECTIVENESS

By placing an order on www.kito.pet, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted these Cancellation and Refund Terms.
